The engagement
Four teams had four button components with four different focus behaviours, and an accessibility audit that flagged all of them.
I built a token pipeline that publishes one source of truth to CSS variables, Tailwind config and Figma, plus a headless component layer with accessibility tests in CI.
Adoption was incremental — teams migrated one component at a time behind a codemod, so nobody had to stop shipping.
